We have established standard intervals for resolving and closing trouble tickets. Our automated trouble ticket system is designed and built around managing our tickets to meet or exceed these intervals.

These intervals are measured from the time that one of our Customer Service Representatives opens a trouble ticket. If a trouble ticket remains open past its standard repair interval, it is then automatically escalated internally through our management ranks. 

These intervals are presented for informational purposes only. Although we will employee all available resources and take every reasonable action to meet or exceed these Standard Repair Intervals on a consistent basis, we make no guarantees or representations pertaining to these specific intervals. Please refer to the company's written Service Guarantee as it appears on our Commercial Service Agreement.
