To avoid late payments, take advantage of our new Electronic Funds Transfer program. An electronic funds transfer transaction is like paying by check, only there is no paper involved. This payment can be made either via credit card or a checking account draft. Please be aware that credit card drafts are charged a fee based on the Convenience Fee structure. Checking account drafts are free of charge.

So take advantage of this program today - you continue to receive a monthly bill for review while saving time and money.

What is the Electronic Funds Transfer program?
Our Electronic Funds Transfer program was set-up to allow customers to have their bank accounts or credit cards automatically drafted for the balance of their bill. This program prevents you from having to write a check or ever being charged a late fee.

What amount will be drafted from my bank account?
The amount drafted will be the balance owed on your monthly bill.

What happens if I have a dispute on my bill?
Simply email or call the Customer Service department as you normally would. If a credit needs to be applied it will be reflected in your drafted amount.

How do I get started?
Simply call our Customer Service department at 800-957-6468 and provide us with the name of your bank, your checking account and routing number for checking drafts or your account number and expiration date for credit card drafts. Or click here to download the necessary form:
